ATLAS X1
ATLAS X1 - Load capacity up to 2000 Kg (4410 Lbs). The ATLAS X1 is a powerful, entirely gear-driven system with a single-body chassis and a lifting movement carried out through eccentric cams. ATLAS X3 - Load capacity up to 1200 Kg (2646 Lbs). The ATLAS X3 lifting system allows for an added tilting movement of -3° or +3°, which is very useful in some applications with gravity ramps, such as gravity flow racking.
CRONOS 248 - Load capacity up to 1200 Kg (2645 Lbs). LHD designed the CRONOS 248 triple-depth fork for applications where a typical double-depth telescopic fork would be beyond its stroke limit or when an even smaller amount of fork deflection is required. With an overall thickness of 248 mm, this fork is the solution when a double-depth fork is borderline inadequate for load-handling application requirements. All LHD Group's telescopic forks undergo accurate run tests and quality checks before delivery.
GEMINI X2 – Load capacity up to 1200 Kg (2646 Lbs). The Gemini X2 is an entirely gear-driven system with a single-body chassis and lifting movement through eccentric cams. The GEMINI X2 is a double fork with twin bodies connected by a cardan shaft. Operating jointly with telescopic forks for mini loads (usually mono-forks), the Gemini X2 can help to keep load units aligned and stable in the moving phases, especially when lifting light but voluminous carton boxes, preventing misalignments on the shelves that could result in collisions.
TITAN – Load capacity up to 1800 Kg (3969 Lbs). The Robust and sturdy Titan scissor lift is an LHD-patented solution that the load-handling market has been anxiously awaiting to become available. This lift system is made from an electrical motor and can reach a vertical stroke of 1.000 mm. Until the development and design of the TITAN, existing pantograph lifts needed the load's center of gravity to fall within its footprint. The TITAN scissor can easily lift heavy loads whose center of gravity is outside the device's footprint. This completely electromechanical drive is the right solution to lift loads that are completely cantilevered at considerable heights safely. The TITAN perfectly matches our telescopic forks in its size and speed.
ARCHIMEDES X2—Load capacity up to 5000 Kg (11025 Lbs). The ARCHIMEDES X1 and X2 are leverage lift systems that can lift significant loads with repeatability and accuracy. They do not use chains or gears for lifting, so they are exceptional for close-to-zero maintenance and low operating noise.
